Yes, China is in Asia but if a restaurant claims to be an Asian bistro, I want all of Asia to be represented. Get some falafel, chicken tikka masala, and pad thai on that menu!
A self-described Asian bistro featuring only Chinese cuisine lacks precision in its description. It’s like a restaurant advertising North American cuisine and selling only hamburgers ignoring the fact that Mexico is in North America.
I will be going to New Orleans soon for a laid back weekend trip. I want to go to a good authentic restaurant that will give me some of the great flavors that makes New Orleans the food capital of the world. Between these two restaurants which one would be recommended. Louisiana Bistro or Brigtsen’s Restaurant? If there are any other recommendations please explain and tell me your own opinions.
