Church, Bistro and Theatre

All i know is that the Mormon (LDS Church)and the Seventh day adventists practices tithing (giving 10% of your whatever income annual,monthly quarterly, etc) but does any other churches do and please tell me if your a church member who practices tithing

My girl-friend and I have decided to start attending church together. Neither of us attends church on regular bases. I was raised as a Baptist. She was raised as a Catholic. I would like to find a church that both of us would feel comfortable attending.
