Note:I killed Millie to get the key card and still the zero missions and the airstrip one

A really nice bistro…all homemade, fresh breads, hand cut french fries….good quality, but can’t think of any catchy names. The building sits next to a river….any suggestions??

It doesent appear on the map and ive done the airstrip missions ive gotten the key card from mille and still nothing?
