Church, Bistro and Theatre

I’m looking for a career as a server/ bartender as a sidejob for my acting career. I live in LA and server jobs are hard to get. I’ll make more money as the food runner and i get more shifts, however, I’m afraid to give up the title server, even though its a server at a casual cafe. Which is more prestigious/ will help me towards achieving my future goals?
