anybody have any experience with this company and how are the employers and employees?
I start orientation sometime within the next week or so, Do they have good benefits etc,
Any experince would be helpful.

Currently, I work as a server at a casual bistro where most 2 person meals end up costing $35. However, business is slow during the week. The only day I make money is sunday brunch. And I only have 3 shifts/ week. Now, on the other hand. I just started training on a new job at a nice bar/ lounge/ nightclub as a food runner. They would give me 4 shifts a week and I would make more money but lose the server title. I am an aspiring actor living in L.A. and finding a server job with night shifts is pretty difficult to get. Also, I really want to bartend and the cafe bistro doesn’t have a bar…
and what is served there?
also. in interior rooms are there 3 beds?
like 2 twin beds AND 1 pullman bed

I’m looking for a career as a server/ bartender as a sidejob for my acting career. I live in LA and server jobs are hard to get. I’ll make more money as the food runner and i get more shifts, however, I’m afraid to give up the title server, even though its a server at a casual cafe. Which is more prestigious/ will help me towards achieving my future goals?
