Also are there any other countries that allow citizens to break their laws in the name of &#8220;religious beliefs&#8221; or are we (USA) alone with that methodology?<br />
I&#8217;ll assume the logic is discrimination, if religion is separate, how is it still labeled discrimination if the law doesn&#8217;t recognize religion?</p>
<p>What clause or provision entertains discrimination claims regarding religion?</p>
